ThinkGeek, home of the nerdiest swag on the planet, ran an April Fools joke this year featuring several fake “new” products, including a tauntaun sleeping bag. As it turns out, the usual customers at ThinkGeek actually want to buy such a thing. The staff over there is reaching out to Lucasfilm to determine if they can get permission to produce it. If they make one of these in an adult size, I will buy it in a heartbeat. Hell, even if they only produce the child-size one I could buy it as a dog blanket.

Unfortunately, I fear that Lucas Art’s cut will be significant enough to price that thing out of affordability…
